For parents and guardians
Will it do the homework?
No - by design. The operator plans, teaches and marks; answers, essays and thinking are always the student's. It will not write assessed work, and it never inflates a mark.
Will it flatter my child?
No. Marking is against the real standard - the exam board's own mark scheme. A 3 out of 6 is a 3 out of 6, said kindly, with the path to 6.
Will it spend quietly?
No. Plans include a monthly allowance and the operator asks before using it. You'll see billing - receipts, plan and renewal - not their conversations or work.
Will I ever know how it's going?
Your child can choose to send you an honest progress report - most do. What arrives is real: marks against the board's own scheme, trends, and the operator's read held to account against actual results. Chosen, not extracted - which is exactly why it's worth reading.

Your protections are set by your age, and they never loosen - a minor's privacy, safety and advertising settings aren't adjustable, by anyone. Your level starts from your age too - Gia for GCSE, Ada for A-Level, Uma for university - but studying isn't always tidy: taking A-Level Maths early, or retaking a GCSE at twenty, you can set your study level to match, inside the protections your age fixes. A minor can study up without ever seeing adult-tier settings; an adult can study down without being treated as a child.
Moving up as you grow is still something you reach, not something you toggle. When you get there, nothing resets - it's one operator, and everything it knows about you comes with you. Only the calibration and the name change. That next level is visible from the start, waiting for when you arrive.
Every plan is the full operator - same brain, same honesty. Plans differ in how much work it can do for you each month: everything the operator does draws on a monthly allowance, from marking a paper to building a revision deck.
It can't tell you the exact cost of something in advance - no honest AI can, because the cost depends on the answer it hasn't written yet - but it flags the bigger jobs before it starts, and you can see your usage as you go, the way you'd check a meter.
You set up your account and choose a plan; we send your parent or guardian a payment link showing exactly what the plan is and what it costs. Nothing is charged without them, and there's no countdown pressure on you to get them to pay.
One honest thing to know: if a plan ends, your work is kept for 72 hours in case you come back, then it's deleted - the same window that applies if you delete your account yourself. So it's worth staying on a plan if you want to keep what you've built. Annual plans are the cheapest way to do that and mean no gaps over the holidays.
Yes - and we'd rather give you specifics than adjectives. We don't sell your data; no advertiser is ever given it; our AI providers are contractually barred from training their models on your data; and your uploads are stored in the EU, private to your account, never used to personalise anyone else's operator.
There is no advertising anywhere on the platform - for anyone, at any age - and no advertiser ever receives your data.
