Calibrated for degree work: lectures and reading grounded with citations, essays assessed against your criteria, assistance with complex academic concepts and research tools to help you excel across all disciplines.

For parents and guardians
Will it do the homework?
No - by design. The operator plans, teaches and marks; answers, essays and thinking are always the student's. It will not write assessed work, and it never inflates a mark.
Will it flatter my child?
No. Marking is against the real standard - the exam board's own mark scheme. A 3 out of 6 is a 3 out of 6, said kindly, with the path to 6.
Will it spend quietly?
Every plan has one monthly plan limit, and the operator asks before making anything new. You'll see billing - receipts, plan and renewal - not their conversations or work.
Will I ever know how it's going?
Your child can choose to send you an honest progress report. What arrives is real: marks against the board's own scheme, trends, and the operator's judgement checked against actual results. Chosen, not extracted - which is exactly why it's worth reading.

The questions students and parents actually ask.
You choose: Gia for GCSE, Ada for A-Level or Uma for university. Your age decides which are open - Gia from 13, Ada from 16, Uma from 18 - and it sets your protections, which never loosen: a minor's privacy, safety and advertising settings aren't adjustable, by anyone. An adult who studies GCSE or A-Level is never treated as a child.
When you move up - from A-Level to university, say - support moves your account, and your saved work and Learning Profile stay with it.
Plans differ in their monthly plan limits and Library capacity. Your plan limit covers everything your operator does for you - lessons, quizzes, mocks, video overviews and ordinary conversation - including work it does without being asked, such as the daily brief. It makes something new only when you ask for it or say yes to a suggestion. Access to work you already have doesn't use it.
Your gauge in the account menu shows how much of your plan limit you've used, resetting on your billing date. Voice Mode uses your plan limit much faster than typing, so it has a daily time limit.
You set up your account and choose a plan; we send your parent or guardian a payment link showing exactly what the plan is and what it costs. Nothing is charged without them, and there's no countdown pressure on you to get them to pay.
If a monthly payment doesn't go through, AI features, including new answers and marking, pause straight away, and you can still read what you have. If a plan is cancelled, it stays active until the end of the month already paid for.
If a plan ends, your account and work are not deleted. New generated work pauses, but you can still export what you have made. Resubscribing restores full access. The separate 72-hour recovery window applies only when you ask to delete your account. Education plans are monthly.
Yes - and we'd rather give you specifics than adjectives. We don't sell your data; no advertiser is ever given it; our AI providers are contractually barred from training their models on your data; and your uploads are stored in the EU, private to your account, never used to personalise anyone else's operator.
There is no advertising anywhere on the platform - for anyone, at any age - and no advertiser ever receives your data.
